Richard Andrew

Richard Andrew is no stranger to new broadcast markets. He is the grandson of Dr. Victor J. Andrew, founder of Andrew Corporation(NASDAQ: ANDW). Established in 1937, Andrew Corporation quickly became the leading designer and producer of electronic communications products, systems, and services Today, with over $1 billion on sales in fiscal year 2000, Andrew products are found throughout the world. Before moving into plant management at Andrew Corporation's Denton, Texas facility, Mr. Andrew, who holds a degree in Economics, competed professionally as a tri-athlete. In addition to guiding Digital One, Mr. Andrew runs C3 Management, an investment company, and is active on various boards in the Dallas and Chicago areas.

Kevin Yahl
Chief Technical Officer

Kevin Yahl's involvement in video production, cable television broadcasting, and sports marketing began in 1980. During the 80's, he was instrumental in the growth of the Midwest Football League(MFL). He helped the MFL secure its first broadcast contract with the then emerging cable televisions industry and take the football league on European tour in 1987. Mr. Yahl was also instrumental as one of the founders of the Arena Football League. His years of experience both behind the camera and in the control room give him unique insight into the opportunities and technical challenges of bringing broadcast- quality streaming media to the Internet. An active entrepreneur, he is currently the chairman of the Telecommunications Advisory Board in Orland Park, IL.

Doug Buffone

After 14 successful seasons in the NFL (a Chicago Bears team record), Mr. Buffone went directly into broadcast booth. He has covered the NFL, USFL, and was one of the founders of the Arena Indoor Football League. During his tenure with the Arena League, as the League's Director of Development, Mr. Buffone worked on all aspects of the league's initial television and radio broadcast efforts. He also helped develop the rules that are used today. For the past 15 years, he has had a weekly show on Fox Sports. Currently, Mr. Buffone is the afternoon host of Chicago's number one rated sports radio station.

Tom Annerino
Sales Manager

Tom brings over fifteen years of sales and marketing experience to Digital One. A graduate of Illinois State University (1989) in Mass Communications, Tom has previous experience in television production and broadcasting. For the past nine years, Tom has been involved in sales with international corporations.
